Responsibilities

The Deputy Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent shop floor presentation and stock levels. They are responsible for managing, motivating, and developing the store team while driving performance against KPIs.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment and hold a full driving licence. A leaving certificate or equivalent is required, along with excellent communication skills and the flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
