The Process Safety Management Engineer supports and maintains safety and risk management programs at a chemical manufacturing plant. Responsibilities

The PSM Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining Process Safety Management, Risk Management Plan, and Responsible Care programs at the Battleground Plant. This role involves conducting audits, developing activity plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company safety standards.

Qualifications

Auditing Electrical Systems Fault-Tree Analysis LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis) Mechanical Integrity Process Safety Management Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Safety Regulations Software Software (PHA-Pro, ARA)

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline with 5-10 years of relevant plant experience. The role requires in-depth knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, along with the physical ability to perform site inspections.
