Job summary

Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct nursing care with support of clinical operations, administers medications, monitors and responds to residents' conditions, communicates effectively, documents care, and follows safety and compliance protocols in a skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in resident conditions, and support safe daily clinical operations. Collaborate with the care team and residents’ families, document care accurately, and follow infection-control, safety, and compliance protocols.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a valid RN license in good standing that is valid in Iowa or can be activated there, and current CPR certification. They should know federal and state long-term care regulations and demonstrate empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.
