Job summary

The Northeast Regional Lead at Peregrine manages and oversees the full customer deployment lifecycle, including team leadership, customer onboarding, workflow development, adoption, and renewal processes. The role involves managing a team of deployment strategists and advocates, ensuring high-impact outcomes, driving customer growth, and maintaining regional customer health and renewals, with a focus on delivering excellence in enterprise deployment of Peregrine's AI-enabled platform.

Responsibilities

This role involves owning and managing the full customer delivery lifecycle across the region, including kickoff, workflow development, adoption, renewal, and growth, while managing a team of delivery professionals. The lead is accountable for achieving region-specific customer impact, delivery, and growth goals by rigorously debugging deployments and driving team performance.

Qualifications

Customer Relationship Management Customer Support Data Integration Leadership Project Management Training Delivery Workflow Development

Candidates must have over 5 years in enterprise software delivery, consulting, or business operations leadership, including at least 2 years managing customer-facing teams with a proven track record of owning end-to-end customer outcomes. Technical capability to coach implementation teams and a willingness to travel regionally about 50% of the time are also required.
