Job summary

Lead manufacturing process improvements and troubleshooting in medical device assembly, ensuring quality, lean practices, and process validation, while mentoring technicians and supporting new product launches.

Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Engineer will lead problem-solving and troubleshooting activities to ensure process compliance and operational excellence. They will also collaborate with R&D and NPI teams to support cell layouts, validation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer, Science, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering, or possess 5+ years of experience in a Process Assembly Technician role. Relevant experience in cleanroom manufacturing, process controls, and lean methodologies is required.
