The BIM Manager will lead project information management activities on a major infrastructure programme, ensuring proper BIM processes, standards compliance, and data management throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include establishing, maintaining, and delivering compliant information management practices in line with industry standards, working closely with stakeholders to support digital project delivery.

Qualifications

AutoCAD Autodesk Revit Bentley software BIM management Civil 3D construction management construction regulations model auditing Navisworks project delivery

Candidates must have demonstrable BIM management experience within a project delivery environment and a strong understanding of construction regulations. Proficiency in BIM design tools and knowledge of ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework are required.
