Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide post-sales technical support for Prisma SD-WAN by troubleshooting complex networking issues across on-prem and cloud environments. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve high-impact cases and contribute to knowledge base documentation.

Qualifications

Cloud Networking (AWS, Azure) Customer Support Hybrid Environments Log Analysis Networking Packet Capture Routing (BGP/OSPF) Scripting/Automation Troubleshooting VPN (IPsec)

Requires at least 5 years of experience in technical support or network engineering with a solid understanding of routing and VPN technologies. Candidates must be comfortable working in customer-facing roles and possess experience with network debugging tools and packet captures.
