Seeking experienced Carpenter & Plumber with skills in various trades for maintenance and repairs in properties across March, Chatteris, and Whittlesey. Responsible for delivering efficient service, completing repairs, void works, and property MOTs, often in a responsive and timely manner, requiring good customer care and secondary trade skills.

Responsibilities

The Multi Trade Operative will perform a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, and property MOTs across various trade disciplines. They are responsible for delivering high-quality service to properties within the designated areas while meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications
