Job summary

As a Care Assistant, you will provide comprehensive care to residents, attending to their physical, psychological, and social needs. Responsibilities include personal care, assisting with meals, and supporting residents in a compassionate manner. No prior experience is necessary as full training is provided; ideally, candidates have a passion for care and a caring attitude.

Responsibilities

Provide physical, psychological, and social support to residents, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and meals. Maintain professional standards, adhere to safeguarding policies, and participate in staff meetings and training.

Qualifications

Caregiving Communication Personal care Team leading

Candidates should be kind and caring with a passion for supporting others. While a Level 2 in Health & Social Care or previous experience is desirable, it is not essential as full training is provided.
