Job summary

The People Advisor supports HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compliance across Swap. This role involves advising managers and employees, handling HR issues, coaching, and driving continuous improvement using data and automation.

Responsibilities

The People Advisor will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and the employee lifecycle. They will also drive continuous improvement by leveraging data, technology, and automation to streamline HR processes.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent and possess 3–5 years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of employee relations and the ability to manage multi-jurisdictional employment matters are essential.
