Job summary

Registered Nurse position in orthopedics/neurosurgery unit providing post-op and pre-op care, wound management, IV therapy, and patient mobilization for orthopedic, spine, and neurosurgery patients, requiring an RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality, compassionate care to orthopedic, spine, and neurosurgery patients within a 25-bed unit. They will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including surgeons, physical therapists, and case managers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Candidates must hold an Associate of Nursing degree and a current Indiana Registered Nurse license, with a Bachelor of Nursing preferred. Basic Life Support certification through the AHA is required, and candidates must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
