Job summary

The role requires an experienced AI Lead responsible for designing, building, and maintaining AI/ML capabilities, leading a team of engineers and data scientists. The candidate must have strong technical expertise in AI, ML, LLMs, and architecture, with responsibilities including scalable model deployment, technical decision-making, incident resolution, stakeholder collaboration, and fostering innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead a squad of AI engineers and data scientists to design, build, and maintain scalable AI/ML and LLM-powered solutions. Balance technical delivery with team leadership, overseeing architectural decisions and ensuring high-quality production deployment.
