Job summary

The Back Servers at Mauna Lani’s HaLani restaurant ensure smooth operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with clearing tables, and helping with food and beverage delivery in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment. Training is provided, and previous experience in back of house hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain restaurant cleanliness and readiness by clearing tables and assisting servers with food and beverage delivery. Provide high-quality hospitality to guests in a high-volume, luxury environment.

Qualifications

cleaning customer service food handling hospitality

Preferred high school education and one year of public contact experience. Must be able to obtain Tuberculosis clearance, with CPR or First Aid certification preferred.
