Job summary

Customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Advisor role involving handling inquiries, providing support, identifying sales opportunities, and liaising with internal teams in a fast-paced environment, with training provided.

Responsibilities

You will handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email while identifying sales opportunities for service plans. Additionally, you will coordinate with engineers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate service records.
