Responsibilities

The Human Factors Engineer will apply scientific principles of human cognition and ergonomics to design and evaluate military systems for usability, safety, and efficiency. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conduct user research, task analyses, and usability testing throughout the product lifecycle.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Factors Engineering or a related field and hold at least a Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline. Proficiency with DoD standards such as MIL-STD-1472 and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance are required.
