Responsibilities

The Fitness Manager is responsible for overseeing daily facility operations, leading the operations team, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. They also manage staff performance, facility safety, and equipment maintenance while delivering group exercise classes.

Qualifications

Communication Customer Service First Aid Fitness Instruction Group Exercise Health & Safety Leadership Pool Operations Problem Solving Team Management

Candidates must hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification and have at least 2 years of experience in a management or team leader role. Additional certifications such as First Aid at Work and Pool Plant Operator are considered desirable.
