Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate medical care for clients in mental health and substance abuse treatment settings, under supervision. Responsibilities include medication administration, health monitoring, documentation, and emergency response to ensure safe recovery.

Responsibilities

The LPN will provide direct patient care, including health monitoring, medication administration, and routine physical and mental health assessments. They will also collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and respond to medical or psychiatric emergencies.

Qualifications
