Job summary

The Drug Product Technical Manager will lead process engineering and chemistry teams supporting drug product (DP) operations, including managing complex processes, new product integrations, and process improvements in a GMP pharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities include technical expertise, project management, process validation, technical transfers, team leadership, and continuous process optimization.

Responsibilities

The Drug Product Technical Manager will lead the process engineering and process chemistry group supporting drug product operations and new product introductions. They will manage a team, oversee technical accountability for products, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant science or technical discipline and at least 5 years of experience in process chemistry or engineering within a GMP environment. Leadership experience and a strong problem-solving ability are also required.
