Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse will conduct ongoing clinical assessments, deliver direct nursing care, and oversee individualized care planning for residents. They will also serve as a clinical leader by supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing emotional support to residents and their families.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Iowa and possess current CPR certification. Additionally, they must have or be able to obtain a state-approved LPN supervisory course completion within 90 days.
