Responsibilities

The Charge Nurse coordinates with nursing leadership to provide clinical support, assessment, and direction for staff and physicians. They are responsible for fostering professional practice, implementing unit strategies, and ensuring high-quality patient safety outcomes.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an active Wisconsin or compact state RN license and have at least one year of supervisory or leadership experience. An Associate's degree is required, along with AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
