Responsibilities

Manage recruitment for a dedicated business area, overseeing more than 50 live vacancies while partnering with hiring managers and providing a candidate-focused experience throughout the hiring process. Source and screen candidates, manage offers and compliance, maintain Workday records, analyse recruitment KPIs, and support inclusive hiring across the wider business.

Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience is required, along with strong customer service, communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, confident using Microsoft Office and ATS platforms, and able to make independent decisions; a UK driving licence and vehicle are desirable.
