Job summary

An operations manager oversees route performance, team leadership, safety compliance, and financial results in a commercial cleaning and maintenance company.

Responsibilities

Oversee assigned routes, lead and develop teams, and manage scheduling, billing accuracy, labor costs, jobsite quality, and safety compliance. Resolve customer issues, manage fleet and equipment, and track operational and financial performance.

Candidates should have proven operations or field management experience, strong leadership and team development skills, and experience managing labor costs and productivity. A valid driver’s license with a clean record and weekend availability as needed are required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
