Job summary

A frontline role supporting customers with banking needs, building relationships, and promoting banking products through in-branch interactions, outreach, and digital tools, with responsibilities including account opening, service requests, and credit applications.

Responsibilities

Build customer relationships through proactive conversations, identify financial needs, and connect customers with appropriate banking products, services, digital tools, and specialists. Open accounts, handle service requests and credit applications, process cash transactions, and deliver accurate, compliant service in collaboration with branch teammates.

Qualifications

Requires at least six months of customer-interaction experience, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education. Desired qualifications include financial-services or regulated customer-facing experience, relationship-building and outreach skills, digital-tool proficiency, teamwork, and the ability to follow policies and escalate risks; SAFE registration is required after starting.
