Job summary

Seeking RN Director of Nursing to oversee community care team, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as liaison with families and providers.

Responsibilities

The Director of Nursing oversees the hiring, training, and management of the community care team while ensuring compliance with all resident care regulations. This role also acts as a liaison between residents, families, physicians, and outside care agencies.

Qualifications

Care Management Community Liaison Dementia Care Medication Management Nursing Record Keeping Regulations Compliance Resident Safety RN Team Management

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience in a care setting. Experience in assisted living, home care, or hospice, as well as knowledge of dementia care, is considered a plus.
