Job summary

Assist in civil engineering project measurement, valuation, and cost management.

Responsibilities

Assist with the measurement, valuation, and commercial reporting of civil engineering works. Support the administration of subcontractor accounts, payments, and the preparation of final accounts.

Qualifications

Construction Contracts and Processes Cost Control Interpret Drawings and Specifications Measurement and Valuation Microsoft Excel Problem-solving Record Keeping and Administration Teamwork

Requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of construction contracts and cost control are essential.
