Support residents with personal care, observation, nutrition and hydration, and social activities in a care home setting, ensuring high standards of individualized and person-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care to residents, including assistance with nutrition, hydration, and personal care. Maintain accurate care plans and document behavioral changes in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
