Job summary

The District Manager oversees operations of multiple restaurant locations, focusing on sales, profit, team development, compliance, and customer service to meet company goals.

Responsibilities

Lead General Managers and restaurant teams across multiple locations to deliver excellent customer service, meet sales and profit goals, and uphold company standards. Develop talent, monitor financial and operational performance, ensure compliance and restaurant readiness, and execute marketing and product initiatives.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six years of combined restaurant management experience and education; a two-year degree is preferred. Preferred qualifications include corporate leadership experience, at least two years as a General Manager, multi-unit restaurant experience, and the ability to travel and spend at least 75% of work time in assigned North Atlanta restaurants.
