Job summary

Lead daily reporting and risk management for a commodity trading Middle Office, focusing on CTRM implementation, inventory valuation, and automation to improve controls and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead Middle Office operations for asset-backed commodity trading, including trade validation, daily risk and P&L reporting, inventory controls, valuation governance, and exception management. Drive CTRM implementation, transition reporting from weekly to daily, improve controls and automation, reconcile trading results to management information, and develop the team.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and significant experience in commodity trading middle office, risk control, product control, commercial operations, or a related function in an asset-backed trading or industrial environment. Candidates should bring strong commodity lifecycle, valuation, P&L, inventory, CTRM implementation, control, and team leadership expertise; Power BI, SQL, Python, or AI-enabled analytics experience is preferred.
