Job summary

Seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in an urgent care setting, perform clinical procedures, assist with patient documentation, and support clinic operations, with flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and travel between multiple locations. Requires state LPN licensure, BLS certification, and prior experience, preferably in urgent care or emergency environments.

Responsibilities

Perform patient triage, diagnostic testing, and clinical procedures including wound care and medication administration. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
