The role involves maintaining and supporting small drone systems such as Ghost, Bolt, and Anvil, ensuring their reliability in operational environments, troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating technical efforts across teams to optimize system performance for defense applications.

Responsibilities

You will lead efforts to mitigate operational issues by resolving field failures, conducting root cause analysis, and managing fleet-wide incidents for autonomous drone platforms. Additionally, you will collaborate across teams to optimize system reliability and provide status visibility to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of professional experience with strong problem-solving skills in hardware, software, and networking. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance is required.
