Job summary

Support manufacturing processes and equipment in a regulated medical device production environment through process optimization, equipment monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

The apprentice will facilitate efficient operations within the production area by optimizing existing processes and implementing new ones. They will also monitor equipment performance and address issues related to non-conforming products or low yields.

Qualifications

Continuous Improvement Design For Manufacture GMP Lean Six Sigma Machine Design Mechanics of Materials Problem Solving Quality Management Root Cause Analysis Statistical Process control

Candidates must be enrolled in or prepared to undertake a 3-year NFQ Level 7 course. The role requires a strong foundation in engineering principles, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a regulated manufacturing environment.
