Job summary

Provide compassionate nursing care in a skilled nursing environment, supporting clinical operations, administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, and collaborating with healthcare team for high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring health conditions, and responding to changes in status. Support unit operations and resident safety, collaborate with the care team, communicate with residents and families, and maintain accurate documentation while following infection-control and compliance protocols.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a valid RN license in good standing that is valid in Iowa or can be activated there, and have current CPR certification. They should know federal and state long-term-care regulations and demonstrate empathy, respect, patience, discretion, and a commitment to helping others.
