Job summary

Support a positive shopper experience through store cleanliness, organization, and service. Perform transactions, merchandising, and operational tasks to ensure store readiness and safety during shifts, following company policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous, efficient shopper service and accurately process point-of-sale transactions while maintaining clean, organized, safe, and welcoming sales-floor and checkout areas. Support merchandising, replenishment, store recovery, opening and closing routines, and other operational tasks while following company procedures.

Qualifications

Attention to Detail Cash Handling Communication Customer Service Flexibility Merchandising Organization Point of Sale (POS) Safety Procedures Teamwork

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior retail, customer service, or production experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should be able to provide respectful service, follow procedures and safety guidelines, perform basic math, meet the physical demands of retail work, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
