Job summary

Provide private duty nursing care to clients in home settings as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), handling cases of TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Spinal Muscle Atrophy, and Epilepsy. Responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized care, managing medications, and documenting patient health status in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes during full shifts. Manage common diagnoses including TBI, CP, premature birth, spinal muscle atrophy, and epilepsy.

Qualifications
