Responsibilities

The Parts Specialist provides high-level customer service by assisting retail and professional customers with parts selection and inquiries. They also perform operational tasks such as inventory management, stocking, and maintaining store equipment.

Qualifications

Alphanumeric Matching ASE Certification Automotive Parts Automotive Sales or Service Bilingual Cataloging Customer Service In-store Customer Assistance Multitasking Weatherly Index System

Candidates should have the ability to multitask and match alphanumeric sequences efficiently. While not strictly required, familiarity with automotive parts and ASE certification are highly desired.
