Lead and support the care team during night shifts at a care home, ensuring residents' well-being, delivering personalized care per care plans, facilitating social activities, and guiding staff development.

Responsibilities

The Care Team Leader will support the wellbeing of residents by delivering personalized care and organizing daily social activities. They are also responsible for guiding and encouraging Care Assistants in their professional development.

Qualifications

Care Experience Communication Dignity and Respect Teamwork

Candidates should have previous experience in a care setting, with an NVQ3 or SVQ3 in Social Care being desirable. Applicants must demonstrate strong communication skills, a collaborative team-oriented approach, and a genuine commitment to the dignity of older people.
