Job summary

The Maintenance Supervisor (Tech) oversees the maintenance operations at a university campus, managing a team of four skilled tradespeople, focusing on electrical or plumbing systems. Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining PPM, reactive, and lifecycle maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and motivate a team of four to manage day-to-day planned and reactive maintenance across student accommodation blocks. They are responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, managing the CAFM system, and maintaining service standards in line with company SOPs.

Qualifications

Candidates must have experience in managing and coaching a maintenance team and hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Plumbing or Electrical work. Strong knowledge of building maintenance regimes, statutory compliance, and effective leadership skills are essential for this role.
