Job summary

The Night Shift Team Leader oversees service delivery and team management for a 24/7 assistance team, ensuring high standards, handling escalations, and supporting operational improvements in a remote, international environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support Case Managers while overseeing service delivery, productivity, workflows, and compliance with policies and regulatory standards. Handle escalations and authorisations, maintain service levels and accurate records, and drive operational improvements in collaboration with the wider management team.

The role seeks someone with at least three years of experience preferred in a Team Leader or senior Case Manager position, with strong leadership, communication, organisational, and customer-service capabilities. Candidates should be able to perform under pressure and demonstrate commercial awareness; experience in insurance, healthcare, or claims and knowledge of FCA/FOS regulations are desirable.
