Job summary

Join Encompass Health as a Hemodialysis RN providing essential care to inpatient dialysis patients, conducting assessments, creating care plans, and educating staff. Requires RN licensure, CPR, ACLS, and 6 months dialysis experience. Preferred CRRN certification and inpatient experience.

Responsibilities

Provide direct hemodialysis care to inpatients, including supervising treatments, assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and responding to patient concerns. Build supportive relationships with patients and educate nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards.

Qualifications

A current RN license and CPR certification are required, along with at least six months of dialysis nursing experience. ACLS certification is required within one year of hire; CRRN certification and one year of inpatient hospital experience are preferred.
