Job summary

The role is a strategic Production Recruiting Lead for Anduril Industries' CW Division, responsible for managing all production/manufacturing/supply chain hiring outcomes. The role involves executing full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, acting as a strategic partner to division leaders, and managing recruiting programs to meet hiring targets in a high-tech defense environment.

Responsibilities

The Production Recruiting Lead will own end-to-end hiring outcomes for the Connected Warfare division, including headcount planning and strategic talent partnership. They will also act as a player-coach, personally executing critical hires while directing the efforts of the centralized recruiting team.
