Job summary

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to a trach and vent dependent client in their home. Responsibilities include performing assessments, monitoring client conditions, and documenting observations and interventions according to doctors' orders.

Qualifications

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current, valid nursing license in New Jersey. The role requires the ability to perform skilled nursing tasks such as tracheostomy and ventilator care.
