Seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support in a busy professional environment. The role involves managing support tickets, troubleshooting complex issues, supporting IT equipment and projects, and maintaining documentation, all within an ITIL framework.

Requires at least 2 years of IT service desk experience, preferably in professional services or legal environments. Candidates must possess strong technical skills in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting, alongside excellent communication abilities.
