Job summary

A recruitment role focused on sourcing candidates, engaging employers, and guiding learners for apprenticeship placements, involving outreach, relationship building, and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

You will manage a 360 recruitment process by sourcing candidates and building relationships with employers to secure apprenticeship opportunities. Additionally, you will provide career guidance to learners and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications

Candidates must have experience in recruitment, ideally in a 360 role, and possess strong employer engagement and communication skills. A full driving licence with access to a vehicle is required for travel.
