Job summary

Assist retail and installer customers with parts selection, customer service, and store operations. Support store management in daily tasks and operational duties.

Responsibilities

Serve retail, walk-in, phone, and professional customers by identifying parts, providing pricing, recommending related products, and resolving concerns. Support store operations through cash handling, returns, stocking, inventory tasks, equipment use, in-store vehicle services, and occasional deliveries.

Qualifications

Automotive Parts Bilingual Cash Handling Cataloging Customer Service Driving Inventory Management Multitasking Test Equipment Operation

Candidates must be able to quickly match alphanumeric sequences, provide friendly and professional customer service, and multitask between in-store and phone customers. Automotive parts, cataloging, sales or service experience, ASE certification, and fluency in multiple languages are desired but not required.
