Job summary

The Escalation Manager at Waymo leads the real-time handling of high-priority safety and operational issues related to autonomous vehicle fleet operations, providing authoritative communication, decision-making, and process improvements to ensure safety, continuity, and compliance in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
