Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at LindenGrove provides nursing care, administers medications, supervises CNAs, and supports residents’ health and well-being in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

The LPN will develop and implement resident care plans, administer medications, and perform medical treatments while monitoring vital signs. They are also responsible for supervising CNAs and resident assistants to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

Candidates must hold current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and a license in the State of Wisconsin. Active CPR certification and knowledge or experience in geriatrics are also required.
