Job summary

The role involves leading the development of new product categories and integrating complex, innovative energy transaction systems using a hands-on approach, providing technical direction, and mentoring engineers, to grow origination volume and expand internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical direction and execution of the Origination & New Products squad to build pricing capabilities and risk tooling. Partner with commercial stakeholders to translate business targets into deliverable engineering outcomes and mentor squad engineers.

Qualifications

AWS Commercial Judgment Event-Driven Architecture Integration Mentorship Python Risk Management Software Engineering System Design Technical Leadership

Requires proven technical leadership at a Staff or Senior Staff level with deep fluency in Python and AWS serverless architectures. Must be comfortable operating without detailed specifications and possess strong commercial judgement regarding deal risk and revenue.
