Job summary

The Tax Manager, Core Tax Services advises clients on tax implications, evaluates and implements tax planning strategies to reduce tax burden, ensures compliance, manages tax research and consulting projects, supervises staff, and develops specialized tax knowledge.

Responsibilities

The Tax Manager advises clients on tax implications of business objectives and manages complex tax compliance and reporting burdens. They are also responsible for supervising staff, conducting tax research, and driving business development within their area of expertise.

Qualifications

ASC 740 Client Management FAS 109 FIN 48 Supervision Tax Advisory Tax Compliance Tax Planning Tax Provisioning Tax Research

Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of tax or public accounting experience, including supervisory experience. A professional certification such as CPA, Attorney, or Enrolled Agent is mandatory.
