The Midstream Facilities Engineer will participate in the development, planning, engineering and operations of Chord Energy midstream and upstream facility assets, including saltwater disposals, gathering systems, gas plants, and oil conditioners. The role requires an operations background, project management skills, regulatory knowledge, and experience with hydraulic modeling, process simulation, and contract management. The position is based in Houston, TX, with travel to operational sites, and offers a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

The Midstream Engineer will manage the planning, execution, and technical scope of facility projects including saltwater disposals and gathering systems. They will also provide operational support, troubleshoot surface equipment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
