Job summary

Ensure compliance and improve rod guide application processes by managing quality systems, conducting audits, analyzing data, and supporting technical quality activities in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Administer the Quality Management System for rod guide applications, conduct plant audits, manage sample testing and reporting, and support quality training and control activities. Analyze quality data, improve reporting processes, and partner with Operations and other teams to resolve issues and ensure customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

Audit Data Analysis ISO 9001 Microsoft Office Power BI Problem Solving Process Improvement Quality Assurance Root Cause Analysis Technical Support

A high school diploma is required, and some college is preferred; at least three years of quality assurance and/or industry experience is preferred. Candidates need strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, familiarity with ISO 9001, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
